Meet the Team
David has over 15 years experience as a mortgage professional starting his career as a mortgage adviser in the retail banking industry and progressing as a mortgage broker for the last 11 years.
David is a CeMap and CeRER qualified adviser and uses his extensive knowledge of lending policy and criteria to secure mortgage approvals for customers with a wide range of circumstances and requirements.
Nicole diligently manages administration and case management at Ballard Associates. Nicole brings strong organisational and communication skills and tenacity to our business. Skills that she developed during her successful career in Pharmaceutical sales managing a large client bank in a fast paced industry.
David & Nicole have personal, relatable experience of being in your shoes as first time buyers, home movers and going through the remortgage process over the years.
We achieved our ambition of setting up our own mortgage brokerage in 2025. One of our main motivations to do this was to have complete autonomy to provide every customer with a truly personal experience and to spend as much time as is needed with each customer, rather than making people feel rushed and treating people like a number.
Working with us will be a huge benefit for you as you will have a single point of contact during the entire process rather than being passed around from person to person.
We don’t have rigid working hours and you will have direct access to your adviser.

““We could not have got this mortgage without David. We had spoken to other lenders, but they did not like the fact my mother would be borrowing into retirement. We did receive an offer, but the payments would have been far too steep. David, on the other hand, found us a suitable lender very quickly within our budget.
